I don't think its bogus.
In fact releasing this note from the NEW Walmart buyer goes to show that there are problems in the chain. NOBODY knows about the product!

Letter states "department 95 item". That is DSD Grocery = direct store delivery! Company has to stock and supply, Walmart does not buy bulk and stock!
That is a definite problem because of the limited distribution channels that KU has.
