this offer is NOT for us to buy shares now & take advantage of buyback - this is for us who have large positions ALREADY to consider a potential exit strategy - if the company decides to do the BB than I would run out & buy every share I could get up to .003 !!!!!!

I think BB makes most sense ...... imho
