Is this Belizean comparison is more valid?:

New World Oil Rio Bravo #1 well drilled to 9010 ft in 48 days (spudded March 4th, completed April 21st, dead oil shows, not cased and tested, plugged and abandoned)

Princess Petroleum / Treaty Energy San Juan #3 well target depth 4000 ft still not reached after 271 days (spudded 14th March, still not completed, no oil shows reported, cased and tested water, suspended with stuck packer)
