Well think about this.

The insider WADE CLARK, who owns 100 million shares of WNTR..

has never sold any of his shares.

at .01 his shares are worth 1 million dollars.

A patent like this could be worth much more than 1 million.

I think if we ever see WADE clark start to sell shares with a form 4 (bc you have to file a form 4 with the sec for insiders holding more than 10% of the O/s ) , then that would be the time that WNTR has reached the value he believes it's worth.
