There are definitely people that are non-management that make money - I have talked to some of their employees on the phone while ordering supplements from their distribution centers. That being said, these peoples incomes are supported from the supplement sales and distributors. Additional revenue above that is what is needed to help support growth. It will be an interesting time no doubt.
Average down whenever you feel is best for sure. I have a comfortable average on my 15+ million, although not as low as I'd like, my feelings for where the price could be in 1-6 months I will still make handsome profits. If the price goes lower, I will likely add as well. If it does not, I have not missed the boat. To each their own.
