Too many questions! lol. I've stopped watching Infrax recently as it's been getting even more frustrating lately with less then promising open letters and everything being delayed it seems. I just sit here and wait. 2014 is really it for me. If nothing happens then 4 years or so is enough for me before I start cutting my losses.
We will discuss part 2 in more detail in the second of the open letter. As you may recall we had announced the part one last year and for the purpose of the part 2 we have decided to accelerated the consideration we did not foresee at least for now. The information on the part 2 still stands. We are in the process of informing our shareholders on any other major developments through our approved after lengthy discussion but the timing has always been an issue considering the company's relationship with its shareholders. Currently we are discussing the process and we will inform our shareholders when we have enough clarity.
