Why would my shares still be reflected by the cusip number with E-Trade yet WGAS is trading?

Because the transfer agent has not sent any new shares to replace the ones that were reverse split so the broker, in this case Etrade, doesn't have any shares to deposit into the account. It's been around two months since the 4th reverse split? Seems like a very long time.
