If NanoTech was merely attempting to sell shares, it wouldn't bother retiring shares and reducing the outstanding and authorized shares, it would just continue to issue more and more paper. That's not the case here.

Face the facts and not the rhetoric, a real company with real products, real global distribution, real offices, real employees and a real business plan being executed in front of your eyes.

This is why I invested here. And I am so glad I did.
I can't wait for February to see where the pps is. AS for how big this company can be...
From what I've seen it could be a multi billion dollar revenue company in a few years. If the principles of this company are as advertised, there is no stopping them.

A "real company with real products, real global distribution, real offices, real employees and a real business plan" does not have the former Co-Founder, Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of the company pump on Investors Hub message boards. In fact, this is the biggest red flag in pink stock. But it yields non-stop entertainment.

David, regarding movies like "TOY STORY" OR "FINDING NEMO" does remastering them to 4k make them look any better or since they were made with computers, is it the already the best it will look? What about old cartoons like "Winnie the pooh" or " Bambi" since they were made so long ago will 4k remastering do any good? also- if selling np-1s to dfferent countries do any mods beed to ve made for voltage or bandwidths that are specific to these countries?

David - here is a clue - NONE of those companies you mentioned are non-reporting unaudited pinky companies.
99% of the companies in pinkyland ARE share selling schemes that do NOT benenfit the common retail shareholders and if you are trying to convince shareholders you are the exception to the rule - go for it. Time will tell.

I watched stinky pinky stocks for YEARS do EXACTLY that. It's done to dazzle the LOYAL LONGS.

So excuse me while I remain skeptical until you actually produce those audited financials as promised and "uplist" to wherever that might be (although you seem to have backed off the NASDAQ chatter made at the SHM by Ted Campbell.)

BTW - I noticed Ted's pal Antony Santos (the censured FINRA guy) is still listed on the PinkSheets as legal counsel. Maybe you could email the appropriate person to change that.

Also did you ever check with FINRA as to why NTEK shows up on the REG SHO list when it does NOT apply to a non-reporting company?

agreement.
