There has been much speculation about the buy back occurring since the price dropped in Nov/Dec...........That would have been a very nice time, but obviously hasn't happened yet. Someone on RB posted last week that Rodney said that they can't release SEMCO figures until the acquistion is formal. Who knows???? I'm new at this also. Every time I learn something I find out that there is another exception where this applies or doesn't apply. I know they (the company) said that the buyback would be very favorable to "long term" holders. My speculation is that they are not going to just buy back shares on the open market. I'm guessing it's going to be something down the road........But what do I know.......I was just trying to confirm DTL's post on the audit being moved back to end of Q1........because that really means end of ??????
