Nice post and great DD and analysis. When retail in the US gets wind of fnf taking off, probably, when over $5, they will invest long term to get some of that money they lost in their real estate investments. Payback for having to live through the great recession.

When FnF is hinted to be restored in DC, these GSE's will explode. I know Senator Reid is for restoration. Nader is also still working behind the scenes, probably along side Berkowitz and Ackman's team of attorneys.

Great Post. While I did not verify all your numbers, they are consistent with what I have seen. This uptrend is here to stay, reversing the 2008 down trend.
