I doubt he is shorting on the fall. The same margin rules for penny stocks would apply to him. Financially he can't make enough on the fall at this point to justify tying up the capital.

But since this is a relatively recent RM stock...we know via the filings that the only one who has enough stock to sell to generate this recent volume is Reid himself.
