Another point in Titan's favor is many surgeons/hospitals have a bad taste in their mouths from ISRG's strong-armed tactics. ISRG knew they have/had a monopoly and often flexed their muscles at bad times which gave many surgeons an impression of arrogance/bullying. Thus, many will welcome the SPORT and what it brings to the table which is simply a cost-effective solution in my view. Plus, Fowler is well-respected and has a lot of pull.
Thanks for the insight Doc. My question, which I posted last week and still haven't found an answer is......how can you perform a cholecystectomy with only 2 instruments? What is being used to retract the liver?
