Yeah. Easy and inexpensive for them to move it back up when it's that cheap. That's why it's tricky to short lower priced stuff. Especially ones that have fallen so far. My plan was to short the close and cover the open if no halt. I doubt it would gap up much. For some reason IB just doesn't want to fill me short on OTC's in a timely fashion. I haven't used them in a while. I forgot how dismally slow they are at filling OTC orders period.
