Can someone explain exactly what shell status means?? Is this thing headed to no bid soon?

The skinny on Gelmans BS was posted long long ago, it should be no surprise to anyone.

I personally think it will be worth more now that Gelman will market the shell to one of his con connections in pinkyland.
