It is incomprehensible to me if in fact Volcan has already made substantial expenditures on roads, shaft safety etc. then why not make that public information.

I also find it incomprehensible that Volcan--or any other potential partner--would begin to spend money before contracts had been signed.

No I have not sent it to him. However, I did speak with Roberto in Nevada. He claims Volcan is spending money on infrastructure as we speak. He also claims announcement will be forthcoming. He also claims that shareholders will have some great news to look forward to.

Roberto specifically stated Volcan?...or did he state the JV partner and you assumed Volcan? Volcan has never been confirmed by the company as the prospective JV partner...it has only been shareholder speculation.

Again, did Roberto specifically state that Volcan made "substantial expenditures on roads and shaft safety"? I thought the only shafts requiring safety measures were the ones at LDM owned and controlled by CMLDM. Well, I guess there are other parts of LDM owned by MMC that have tunnels and shafts too. I agree with you in that this does seem a bit incomprehensible to me as well. I don't see an occasion where a prospective JV partner would do any work on a mountain other than preliminary work necessary and permitted to do their own due diligence. Although the JV partner purportedly has properties contiguous to Medinah's ADL properties and they have been given permission to use Medinah's roads, so the road work is not as far fetched, though the adjective "substantial" seems questionable to me.

So perhaps the reason the company hasn't made this public yet is because it isn't quite the reality of what is going on at ADL right now?
