Well, I can understand your point. Solar3D is on a mission to cut the number of panels you need on your roof, or at least make it economical to do so north of Los Angeles. I live in the province of Quebec, Canada and our hydro electricity is cheap ( .095cents/kwh), plus today it was dark @ 4:10pm. Going solar here is nonsense ( for now).
Most European countries like Germany, Austria, Spain and Italy have cut feed-in tariffs so that the alternative energy industry makes progress and doesn't rely on taxpayers money.
The USA has it differently, for reasons I will not discuss here.
James Nelson, the CEO of the company you invested in said on FOX news, that he wants the subsidies to be completely eliminated!!
Remember, you and I do this to save money first. The 1% of America doesn't care about the cost of energy.
