Many on this board consider Watt, Waters, Johnson, and Crapo as advocates of FnF that wish to preserve the companies. I am extremely skeptical of their intensions and what they are working on behind the scenes. The end result will eventually be another political gridlock. I'm okay with gridlock. I just don't want the negative press right now.
When Watt gets confirmed, the only change we will see at the moment is expansion of low income housing programs and principle reduction. Get ready for that.
