TEMN is still listed as 12/2/13.....

This guy seems to know his stuff. He has stated before that brokers can be inconsistent when it comes to allowing trades on these "chilled" tickers. TDA, in particular, didn't allow opening of a new position on TEMN until about 4 weeks ago, which was before this update earlier this week.
