I don't think either poises any problems...

Other's possible outstanding issues...(IDK, who knows, not me)...

Clean shell is worth what 500K, though I thing you would want to keep the 1226 investors around in some capacity...

Not sure who would refuse a Federal Court order for information...

Never know might find something that brings value back to ENTI and shareholders...

Can't image where the fallout from that might lead...

Either way, it's going to take awhile to do anything. Probably mid spring or even later depending on how many people are owed. What a mess:(
