In the interest of accuracy, Ben said he is working on the business plan for next year. The Levy thing put a 'wrench in the works', so how can you have a business plan until you can actually conduct business.

As far as news by end of November is concerned, there was NO promise made. The word "hopefully we will have" was the phrase that was used.

I think you would do well to actually read the details and make note of the exact wording of posts here to what is really going on; instead of spouting off skewed statements.
