Then please explain why no ownership filing was done for 2012 (to be filed on February 2013.

Plus you failed to put down the FIRST buy back in 2008 - which was for many many more shares. the share ownership was CLEARLY dropping.
They purchased those shares when the PPS was in the dollars - and they are certainly NOT buying shares on this non-reporting pinky with no audited filings for YEARS now.

Gam Holding is the responsible party for filing.
And they clearly filed the ownership was DECREASING as they were selling it. they would STILL have to file if they still owned it in spite of what the value was. they didn't.
