They stopped reporting to the SEC and their shares are deregistered.
all those other shares showing up on the O/S will trickle right on into the Float with each press release - IMO!
Dropping the A/S was meaningless - other than to WOW the believers into THINKING it was a good thing.

I expect plenty more bells and whistles on this one - stay tuned.
