It may be, but whales are NOT coming in to buy up the shares and as a result see a bounce back in the PPS. If this was such a great bargain, one would think there would now be a lot of buying and the PPS would instantly rise. This is not the case. Which leads me to believe, there may be more trouble here than expected.
