The last sentance of the above statement is pure lies - As everybody knows that the insiders were the only people holding shares in this company as of November 1st?????

Can you please explain how do you know that?
Makism (Back then Advanced Cellular) paid about 30 mil. shares to owners/directors of Umicorn for acquisition of their company. Total OS is 70 million. The directors of Umicorn became new directors of Makism. They claim not to have sold any shares, and I tend to believe it, since they'd have to file Form 4: "Our filings clearly indicate the Company has made no payments of this nature, and furthermore, not one officer, director or affiliate of the Company has sold a share of its stock nor was in a position to pay for this sort of publicity."
So, who owned the remaining 40 million shares? I was under impression it was the shareholders, you are saying it was the insiders. Which insiders exactly? This is confusing. :(
