This only means HJOE doesn't have to file certain sec reports like 10q or 10k.this can save the company money in the short term and when money is flowing again can reinstate as a reporting company. HJOE can still share unaudited financial and other news it will be voluntary.

I am flying this weekend to beverage show I will be with them starting Monday. I think they will be filing from what I hear the auditors actually are running behind big time and so was Hangover Joe's and it will be filed soon. I will be at the conference Dec 9 & 10th its sold out again. Looking forward to it this is twice a year and its where all the main categories are discussed and tons of guest speakers this time should be good.
