Clark personally owns IPoint --and-- he's CEO/ President/ Chairman of Swordfish [SWRF]. Both companies are headquartered in his personal home. I find it bizarre that he can't even manage to buy and sell something when he's the only person involved. This has been going on since February. Seems he keeps announcing the deal in order to pump the stock.
