Didn't Clark sell his IpointTV to SWRF which he also controls? Wait, he said he was... then said the deal was suspended..

Effective February 13, 2013, the Company entered into a Letter of Intent to acquire iPoint Television, LLC (“iPoint”)... As of the date of this writing, the Company has suspended its planned acquisition of I-Point, TV.

But in between Feb 13th and Nov 22nd, Ortiz claims he DID sell on August 22nd.. only to muddy the waters with the November filing above which says the deal was suspended. Can anyone make sense of this as management seems to not know what it's doing!

WHEREAS, Seller is the owner of a iPoint Television, LLC, located at 909 Independence Parkway, Southlake, Texas 76092.

WHEREAS, Seller desires to sell the 90,000,000 Units of iPoint’s holding to Buyer, and Buyer desires to purchase 90,000,000 Units of iPoint’s holdings from Seller... As total consideration for the purchase and sale of the Business (including its tangible and intangible assets as described above), the Buyer shall pay to the Seller the sum of 15,000,000 (Twenty-Million) Perferred Shares of SWRF’s Authorized 50,000,000 Preferred Shares, 25,000,000 Common Stock and $125,000 (One-Hundred-Twenty-Five-Thousand-Dollars).
