I'd give them a call. I was satisfied with regards to that question. Look at the critiria for each exchange and what they would need to do for each. I would be looking forward to a forward stock split before that might happen, but nobody is going to signal any of that before hand.
If you don't want to invest in the phone call - ask yourself this - why wouldn't they? The president owns his own investment company, so he isn't somebody without knowledge of the markets. And if he wanted to have liquidity for his shares, that's the only way to do it, unless he sells it outright, or do a reverse merge with a larger firm. He has more reasons than anyone to make this work.
It's not something that matters to me, as fundamentals will set the price. If it matters in your case, you may just want to wait until they do uplist before buying any shares. But who knows what the price will be after that happens. That's why I think the opportunity today is the better than ever.
