I don't know how dead is a doornail. A doornail, having never experienced life, canna die. Loch/cdex on the other hand, has experienced life and the PERPS running it have cheated, lied, scammed, and bled life and substance from a lot of good PEEPS.
Left them poorer, but maybe a bit wiser, and even corrupted a few that won once, and then spent years wanting a repeat that has never come. And never will come. Some of them even joined into the TOUTing after it was really apparent that it was a scam. Or should have been.
Or gave them hope that they could use the money that they thought to make to allow them to build a dream and serve mankind and save lives in the process.
Some smallish fortunes have been made for some PERPs and INONITS. BUT those that bought and held and added from time to time and always looking to the next year for the GREAT BREAKTHROUGH are the ones that have lost. Some have lost big..
Yes it is dead alright...and now the LIES fall on deaf ears.
