I'm not talking about pink sheets guidelines. I'm talking about what the companies are required to do by law. I did provide the link in the beginning of this conversation.

I don't mean to be a butinsky, but a few posts back I replied to an earlier post by you and ended with a request for a reply: "With all due respect, please elaborate on the FL statute reflecting companies traditionally listed on the major exchanges and how that ruling applies to Pink Sheet stocks. Of course the definition says "file with the SEC". Perhaps there's a provision for Pink Sheets. If there is, please share. Regards."
The only Pink Sheet prosecutions that I've been able to find for the state of FL had involved fraud; not non-reporting. But, maybe you know otherwise.
