STOA float 1.53 Billion and 1.62 Billion per 2 other sites :

These 2 seem to match STOA's performing pps much better than Yahoo's 922 million. Obviously the STOA float is not anywhere near 325 million. Just the pps does not gel with that

Yahoo float is never right. Manipulation and no transparency is what brought this to its current price
