To Biowise and Bruno.

Biowise, the shorts theory does not apply to cgfi, as this companys stock has never been above .0008 without the r/s's. Meaning, it's been a sub penny since 2007 when guyer took over ownership. No MM's or stock brokerage shorts sub penny. There has been large fees to short under a dollar stock for decades. There are no reg sho numbers ever to show naked or short positions. It's a myth perpetuated by pumperclowns for years. If ANYONE could short this, it would only have been guyer and the insiders, nobody else could afford to short this pos. And they could only do it, because they had institutional access to brokers and likely never paid for their stock. guyer and crew did nothing unprecedented at all, look around on Ihub and see hundreds of phony shell companies doing this every day. cgfi shareholders got sheared, period.

It's called the classic phony shell corp bait and switch.
Own or lease a tangible property - Mill, shoe store, uranium mine, hot dog stand... it doesn't matter. guyer created a company based entirely on the internet using a physical property - defunct ore mill, as the bait to lure in sheeple to buy his stock. All done by hundreds of shady ceo's and shell corps. cgfi is one small level above a totally fraudulent shell corp that is nothing more than a mail drop in its entirely whereas guyer had a mail drop PLUS a real piece of property. To this day, I believe its true guyer still doesn't own a thing. Plenty of examples...spongetech and real sponges but fraudulent sales, gamenflix and pos dvd rental with false sales...

The only other thing I find different about cgfi is back in 2007, I don't think the plan was to only sell stock from the get go. I could be wrong, but I feel guyer figured out how he was going to enrich himself by 2008 and created his ATM at that point.

The sheeple got schooled by guyer and its taken them years to accept that. Its still a good story that will sucker in people for a few more years unless cgfi gets suspended then revoked. I seriously doubt guyer will be around to try again if that happened.

I'm not even going to go there about this board and its denizens, many who were paid, are paid and probably know/knew guyer personally. This is a whole different show on chat boards.
