As I type I am listening to an interview on WBUR (Boston NPR) with Gary Gensler, outgoing Chair of the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission. It's frightening to hear him describe what he was and the U.S. consumer remains up against as Wall Street continues to fight against gov't rules/regs put in place after the '07-'08 financial collapse.
Take for instance Bloomberg.com's article today, WALL STREET TRADE GROUP SUES U.S. CFTC OVER DODD-FRANK RULES...The securities industry's trade group filed a law suit in federal court seeking to curb the overseas reach of the Commodities Futures Trading Commission. This is a WS trade group lead by Judd Gregg, former Repub U.S. senator from NH, now chief executive officer of the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association.

Elizabeth Warren apparently is apparently not finished yet exposing what goes on on Wall Street.
