SEBASTIAN RIVER HOLDINGS INC announces that following the acquisition of Novacab Inc, the
Company obtained approval from FINRA for the following corporate actions which became
effective on November 12, 2013:

The name of the Company was changed to Novacab International, Inc
The new CUSIP number is 66988M108
Reverse stock split of 1000:1
The symbol is now is SBRHD replacing SBRH. The new symbol NVOB will be effective on
December 11, 2013.

The interim director resigned and was replaced by the new Board comprised of:

Stephane Bilodeau, president
He obtained a PHD in Thermodynamics from the University of Sherbrooke and is active in
research and development of methods of converting heat to electrical power. His patents are
currently used in production of successful and innovative products in this field.
He is the author of numerous thesis and articles pertaining to thermo energy and green energy
savings.
He is also the vice president of the Order of Engineers for the province of Quebec.

Michael Carty, vice president
He acted as senior executive of Chrysler Corp for over 25 years and then founded an
automotive insurance company where he was active for 10 years.
Within Novacab International, Inc, he is acting as senior vice president for corporate
development.

Donna Giroux, secretary
She acted as an executive for the Girl Guides of Canada for 35 years. With Regal Box Ltd, she
held the position of senior executive for over 15 years. She is also a proud philanthropist.
Within Novacab, she shall direct corporate records and co-ordinate research.
