Market Maker is what MM means. they control the bid and ask price based on orders that come in basically.

with all due respect you may wish to study up on this before attempting to trade. I've seen too many people lose all by thinking that they could make bank in momo trades. Seriously, study up, use a hypothetical account, learn the lingo ;)
