Running the wafers in Q2 pretty much ensures a launch in the second half of the year - since it takes several months to go from sand, to wafers, to validated die, to validated systems, to systems on shelf.

In other words, it's pretty much official that there will be little to no 20nm ARM presence in H1'14.
