Cotara, one of the most efficacious agents used to date against glioblastoma multiforme is back-burnered. But of course one of the problems with the brain cancer trial and Cotara is that we did not run a control group of I131 only delivered into the GBM tumor mass with the special delivery catheter. That is, who needs the cotara when you have the catheter. And back to Bavi: the idea is to humanize it and add a payload. Where are we with that project? Anything new out of Affitec? Russia? Anyone?

Entdoc... remember this site from way back as it gives a glimpse of Cotara. I still believe Cotara has its advantages but just like open heart surgery which was once a shocker to many, but now everyone is welcoming the triple bypasses for an extension on life just how Cotara and Bavi will eventually provide I believe.

2006 was the year of the PR's for Peregrine it seemed..... it may have been the "LAST" year they PR'd soo much positive news releases as they seemed to be on the very verge that year of realizing what they had. IF they could do it all over again.... I would say they would have been quiet about a lot of things because its becoming much clearer that there were a whole lot of agendas against Peregrine over the years.
