You are incorrect on that statement. If you can support your statement of 3 to 4 billion then let's see your proof.
Also keep in mind that a lot of shares go from weak hands to stronger hands that have absolutely no bearing on the AS/OS.
I like to buy shares under these conditions.
What I like more is selling these same shares that I bought from weak hands back to the weak hands after they get greedy all over again. Kind of a LMAO situation.
