Doubloon: it really would help if someone (maybe you?) could figure out what is behind the scenes with these late-in-the-day dumps of shares for such low prices. We have buys all day long in the 0.038-0.039 pps range, then at 3:58 comes the dump, negating all the positive vibes from the day. The pattern doesn't even fit a smart strategy. If someone has several million shares they want to sell for a profit, why not simply offer them at 0.039 and wait for the sells to be filled? Why dump them at the end of the day? Unless there is some arrangement for daily sells to a MM at a certain % of the price each day, I am at a loss to explain what exactly is going on. It appears to be a deliberate attempt to hold the price down, but that makes no sense minus large volume.
Any way to figure this one out? I am sure several on this board would appreciate an explanation
