What folly to think that Perlowin has even a chance to succeed. Or, to think that he even cares to succeed at anything beyond printing cash for himself at the expense of people who actually believe that there is a legitimate business.

Good point, though, that there is no permanent leader or a winner-take-all. All I am saying is that out of 20 or so potential investments in the sector, HEMP ranks about #20...
