Here is what I think!!! IMO if they were in it together then there should be a positive run coming after the decline. Because that's what Fred would be doing.
Imedicor bought out two companies, think of all the potential contacts and existing customers they have but they need to close deals right away and that's has been the problem with Fred.
On the worst note if Fred gave millions of shares for the buy out and they are all in it together and dilution is happening without any positive run... That would be stupid of them to do!!!
What I don't understand is why there is no follow up news release in regards the company's future plans. This guys have been running imedicor for over 10 months now!!!!
