It's a process trying to thread the needle for what's going on out there...glad i could help.

And I do realize the frustration many feel...I honestly feel that since Jim's passing (and correct me if Im wrong, Jim was, himself, in adition to AFTC, an LLC) there is noone that has that protection should a misstep be taken through casual or non "attorneyfied" communication.

What some may view as callous indefference to our wanting to be kept in the loop...AFT people may see as the recommended way to fully protecting future interests and reducing liability because they simply are not ready to pay attorneys and PR firms until they have real news. I'll ask: Does anyone own any shares in any OTC stock in which the comapny communicates to its shareholders casually in phone conversations or emails pertinent information regarding the status of the work? Very interested to hear.

I belive good news is coming and i believe it will be disseminated in the accepted way to all. If their first priority is making sure all the I's are dotted and all the T's are crossed and notification comes when there is something final...well..for me that make me a first priority.

I cannot find any rule or reg that states those who remain at AFT were required to PR Jims passing. An obituary is a public notice..please..let me know if i am missing the failure. They would have really crossed a line to make a private notice of that to any one board member..look what happened to the stock..for whatever reason..when it was posted.

Jim repeatedly told us that a lot of the work was confidential..and that he was only going to tell us what his attorneys said he had to tell us as they had to as this work moved forward. Maybe he got a scare from someone who called him on information in one of his casual emails? Who knows. If I heard information was being given out on IHUB through a call with Jim...and i was not aware of it..and it affected share price. Well..I'd be on it like a chicken on a june bug.

But Jim was CEO..he had the liberty (and LLC) to do mare than most would it was his call. No one there now does..or should.

Update on Phase II JP-8 SBIR


Some here had time-lined the submission of the final report on the Phase II JP-8 Army SBIR project to be last month.

This is the SBIR that was I believe fast-tracked and supplimented by Argonne Nation Laboratories and The National Science Foundation Grant late last year.

It has been posted on the Army SBIR portal as submitted.

Following is a response, from the Army, to my inquiry as to what the process is and why this report, of the many hundreds that have gone final, is the only phase II report not finaled.

Once it is approved for release, it will be viewable.
