#2199 RE: gulf shores man #2196

Indeed, gulf. One of the BIGGEST warning signs in a mineral resources play is that exact point you drew attention to, albeit you couched your concern in understated categorization.

None other than Mr. Gold, Jim Sinclair (Tan Range Exploration--Tanzanian fame, newly appointed head of the GOLD SPOT MARKET exchange in SHANGHAI (as in put up full cash or deliver full bullion) ---has warned repeatedly (over the last decade at least) that very point is basically a neon sign for high probability failure of any equity so singularly funded by an individual before all is said and done. No more so, than if this singularity of funding behavior is observed in the nat/res. sector.

He spoke specifically to this point when he himself decided to pretty much fund out of his own pocket Tan Range during the last decade, and stated how this was a point to be heeded by any who want to follow him into this mining development project in Tanzania.

To date he has probably close to $50 mil of his own personal wealth invested in Tan Range.
