one doesn't have to be a MBA to understand financials or GAAP but obviously it must help ;-)

wonder what it means when there are NOT enough common shares in the A/S to cover the preferred currently issued when they are converted

& then maybe it will help as to why management converted their commons to preferred(s) :-D
