Legitimate share repurchases are PROHIBITED FROM INCREASING THE SHARE PRICE or Manipulating it in any way. Maybe it would Behoove people to read the SEC Regulations.

Legitimate share repurchases are supposed to increase the share price of a stock, not decrease it.
