After much consideration to your plan as you have prepossessed it I would tend to agree with your assessment. You have gotten the good company part right. As for thinking the severely low float would be a deterrent , well that part would be incorrect. Your concern for the $7.00 commission is real enough but people who buy TelVue shares do not sell so the $7.00 to "GET OUT" as you put it would not be a concern. Perhaps something closer to a cellar box.
NITE has posted a $10,000.00 per share asking price often on TEVE. If that were the bid price would you complain about selling those 10 shares and paying a $7.00 commission? lol Go TEVE!!!
