estboss, TMMI won't win the lawsuit. If you haven't been following the case, the judge has allowed discovery as to when TMMI knew that DFMI owned the codec. I would think that the deposition coming in a few days would put the final touches to this matter.
As far as being a basher goes...is holding a company to its word being a basher? If so, then I am definitely a basher.
