Growth And Value-I doubt a share buy-back is in the picture. They appear to be cash poor right now. Making moves to cut expenses(a good thing), but it may not be enough. From what you have observed, they may have raised some funds. This could mean more dilution. That would now have to be in the next report. Not sure if fridays volume means anything. Less than $50K involved and there were sellers.
