This situation, along with the CEO claiming direct ownership of the packaging system, is appalling to me. I can't believe that not one single shareholder has an interest in pursuing any of this by simply petitioning the Delaware court to 1) force Nanologix to have a shareholder meeting and 2) to force Nanologix to open the books.
All one has to do is to simply pick up the phone. Amazing. No wonder they are able to get away with so much.
