Thanks Snukoled- IMO best if the company PR'd the start of trials and then stick LPC withe a few more shares at a higher price to help pay for additional trials down the road. Now my own preference would be for the company not to PR trials at all until they submit their 505b2 NDA....but I doubt that happens.
